French doors lead from the open plan kitchen/living/dining room onto a large limestone paved terrace that includes an alfresco dining area and outside shower.
Each of the two queen sized bedrooms open onto the upper balcony with stunning views across the bay.
Close to the scenic harbor and all that Saint Jean Cap Ferrat has to offer including beaches, restaurants, shops, galleries and coastal walks, do as little or as much as you like.
Spend the day on one of the pristine and inviting crystal clear beaches including Paloma Beach (with its waters edge restaurant) Fossey Beach (below Saint Jazz Café) - each just a few minutes walk from our deck.
Walk along the gorgeous coastal path that connects Villefranche Sur Mer, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu Sur Mer, past sensational mansions including La Fleur du Cap the picture postcard pink villa that used to belong to David Niven.
Sit on our terrace overlooking Chateau des Rochers and enjoy a sundowner as the Mediterranean blue sky transforms each evening into a perfect Riviera sunset
Visit the Belle Epoque masterpiece, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild or an art exhibition or an open air jazz concert under the majestic Apello pine trees

La Villa Mimosa used to be called La Mignonne and is situated in one of the most exclusive areas in the world: the cape of St Jean Cap Ferrat. The house is a stone's throw away from the marina in St Jean, a two-minute walk from the breathtaking Paloma Beach and on the doorstep of stunning walks around the cape. We are less than 100 meters up the road from the luxurious Hotel La Voile d’Or.

La Mimosa is a fully detached house (68m2) with a paved garden (46m2) raised above the road. The garden has an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach or just for cooling off. The garden has recently been retiled with marvellous travertine limestone.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs and both have French doors which open directly onto the balcony (7m2). All the rooms are bright, airy and there is air-conditioning throughout. The house has recently been refurbished throughout including new bathrooms, a new kitchen and new furniture. There is also a dedicated fast wifi connection!
Parking is free in St Jean except in the marina. You will usually find a spot within a minute's walk of the house.

The ground floor (34m2) has an open plan kitchen living and dining room that opens out directly into the garden. This floor also has a cloakroom with a toilet and a washing machine. The kitchen has a induction hob, oven and dishwasher. From the dining table there is a lovely view into the front garden.

Upstairs there are two identically outfitted double bedrooms, a large built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
The bedrooms each have large French doors opening onto a balcony (7m2) with views towards Beaulieu sur Mer, the hilltop village of Eze and Monaco.

Nice Airport is 30 minutes by car unless there is traffic. To be safe, allow 60 minutes. The easiest and most scenic route is to drive along the seafront and Promenade des Anglais.
